We have a special arrangement with Humana and we use their group and worksite product line in our enrollment system. There are three main reasons for this:
- They provide a direct subsidy to lower the cost of the enrollment and admin system
- We have negotiated special underwriting benefits, eliminating any participation requirements (for even your smallest groups) and generous guarantee issue limits
- We have direct data feed integration so there is no additional charge for EDI (electronic data interchange) for this part of the business
We have also negotiated a special production bonus arrangement for our partner agencies that is above and beyond the standard Humana offering.
In addition, we have an arrangement with ING for 401(k) plans with data integration directly between our payroll provider. We have also negotiated a special production bonus arrangement with them.
