I am Dick Matthews and I want to thank you for taking time to check out my web page and learn a bit more about what I am up to. Simply put, I am looking to arrange partnerships with a few select agents/brokers in specific geographic regions throughout the country.
The agent that I partner with typically has a varied book of business with a few large or very large accounts. But the bulk of the business is with employers that have 10 to 100 employees - which of course happens to be the bulk of most independent agents business.
The agent I am looking for sometimes may have a partner or two, and a support staff large enough to handle the servicing of the book. And maybe even another agent to help prospect for new accounts. The typical agency that I can help likely has no more than 10 total employees.
There are three main challenges facing the employee benefit agent today:
- Adding new clients on a regular basis (what I call the “front door”)
- Retaining existing clients (what I call the “back door”)
- Replacing lost group health insurance commission revenue
I have a unique service and product to offer the right agent. I take the information technology solutions and tools available today and pair them with a special product offering from one of the largest and most respected insurance companies in the country. We use the online enrollment and digital administration software to attract (the front door) and retain (back door) clients, and the product to provide revenue to replace what is being lost in group health commissions. I do all of the work and the agent collects the bulk of the revenue.
So far, you might be thinking: “What is the big deal? There are all sorts of software vendors and insurance companies doing this sort of thing. Why team up with DMCO?” Frankly, that is what this website is for - to show and tell you why it might make sense for you and I to chat. Our pricing and product offering has been specifically designed to be competitive in the 10 to 100 life market. This is why we are so unique.
