About DMCO

For nearly two decades, DMCO has been providing insurance packages to companies of all sizes east of the Mississippi.

In 1992, we began to focus on the important issue of helping Credit Unions use benefits packages and executive compensation packages to create an environment of trust, loyalty and long term employee retention. This is now a significant part of our business.

We are intimately familiar with credit unions and how they operate. We understand the culture based upon “people serving people” and how member oriented Credit Unions are. We have a thorough understanding of the type of employee CUs hire. We have built our benefit programs to be a perfect fit for the world of credit unions.

In addition, we have a wonderful feel for entrepreneurs and what it takes to run a small business in the 21st Century. Employee Benefits in general and health insurance in particular have become a huge portion of operating costs. Our focus on “total compensation” and defined contribution plans allows us to help the small business owner keep these costs under control.
